I understand the weight of leadership and the pressure to deliver results while keeping people engaged and connected.
As a former executive leader, I’ve led high-performing teams and also navigated seasons when trust needed rebuilding and alignment had to be renewed. Leading teams through clarity of purpose and process taught me how alignment can turn disconnection into shared ownership and momentum.
Now I work as a consultant, facilitator, and certified coach helping leaders and teams develop authentic leadership, strengthen connection, and align who they are with how they work.
With the perspective of a clinical social worker and the experience of an executive, I bring a depth of insight and genuine empathy, offering practical strategies leaders and teams can use right away.
Through my Safety & Stretch Leadership® approach, which balances psychological safety with the challenges that spark growth, I help leaders and teams create space for reflection, alignment, and action that strengthen relationships and drive results.
