These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Heather Taylor Griffith, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) located at heathertaylorgriffith.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, clients, and purchasers of services. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Any new features or tools added to the Site are also subject to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes, violate applicable laws or regulations, upload malicious code, attempt to collect information from other users, or interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.

You may view or download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.

The Site may include information about leadership coaching, facilitation, consulting, educational offerings, and psychotherapy services. Descriptions and availability of services may change without notice.

Use of the Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship is formed only after direct communication, completion of required intake and informed consent documents, and mutual agreement to begin therapy. Psychotherapy services are provided only to individuals located in states where the provider is licensed at the time of service. The Site does not provide crisis services. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the United States, you may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Leadership coaching, facilitation, consulting, and educational services are not psychotherapy and are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Payments for services are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Prices and policies are subject to change and may be governed by separate service agreements.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heather Taylor Griffith, LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heather Taylor Griffith, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
