A Place to Begin

On the outside, you are capable, steady, and reliable. You show up for work, family, and the people who depend on you. You’ve carried responsibility and kept going, even as life has brought loss, change, and uncertainty along the way. At some point, you may have noticed that while you’ve been meeting the needs of others, you’ve grown quieter about your own.

Therapy with me is a place to slow down and come back into relationship with yourself. We take time to listen to what feels unsettled or unspoken, explore the patterns that have shaped how you’ve learned to carry responsibility, and make room for what matters most to you now.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are thoughtful, capable, and carrying a lot of responsibility, yet no longer feel like themselves or are unsure of what’s next. Many of the people I work with:

  • Have spent years being strong, dependable, or responsible for others

  • Feel tired of performing or carrying expectations that no longer fit

  • Are navigating burnout, identity shifts, life transitions, or grief

  • Have achieved outward success yet still feel unsettled inside

  • Want space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their inner voice and values

My Approach

My approach to psychotherapy is thoughtful, relational, and attentive. I place strong value on presence, pacing, and the therapeutic relationship itself as the foundation for meaningful change.

There is no right way to do therapy here. We start wherever you are. We work together at a steady, human pace, allowing insight and awareness to emerge naturally rather than forcing quick solutions. Over time, this can create greater clarity, along with more ease and confidence in how you live and relate.

Areas of Focus

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Anxiety and self-doubt

  • Grief and loss

  • Perfectionism and people-pleasing

  • Leadership stress and over-responsibility

  • Reconnecting with purpose, values, and authenticity

About Heather

I understand the experience of carrying a lot while appearing steady on the outside. Many people in high-responsibility roles move through life this way, even as their own needs become quieter in the process.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, former executive leader, and certified coach, I bring a blend of clinical depth and real-world perspective to my work with clients. I’ve spent years supporting people as they navigate complexity in themselves, their relationships, and their roles in ways that honor both who they are and the realities of their lives.

Clients often describe me as calm, intuitive, and easy to talk with. This is a place where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together.
