What Brings People Here

You may be a high-achieving professional, leader, or executive who carries a lot of pressure and responsibility, even as you appear capable and dependable on the outside.

Stress or anxiety in your life, work, or relationships may feel harder to navigate, especially after a loss, transition, or particularly demanding season. You may feel stretched thin, unsettled, or quietly questioning parts of your life or work.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are carrying a lot and beginning to notice the strain across their life, work, or relationships.

You may:

  • Be a high-achieving adult or in a high-responsibility role (including leadership or executive roles) where you are often relied upon to be capable, dependable, or responsible for others

  • Be beginning to feel the strain of carrying so much and sensing that something needs to shift

  • Feel a lack of fulfillment or ease in some area of your life, work, or relationships, even if you can’t fully name why

  • Be navigating transitions, shifts in roles or identity, grief, or changes in important relationships

  • Feel tired of expectations that no longer fit who you are or how you want to live

  • Want space to pause, reflect, discover what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity and intention

My Approach

Therapy offers space to pause and gain clarity about what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we listen for what feels unsettled and explore the experiences shaping your life, work, or relationships. With a background in clinical social work, leadership development, and coaching, I bring a grounded perspective and steady presence.

My approach is thoughtful, relational, and attentive. I place strong value on presence, pacing, and the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change.

What to Expect

I offer individual therapy in person in Davidson, North Carolina, and virtually throughout North Carolina and Tennessee. I am licensed in both states.

I am a private-pay provider. I can provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

Meet Heather

I understand the experience of carrying a lot while appearing steady on the outside. Many people in high-responsibility roles move through life this way, even as their own needs become quieter in the process.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, former executive leader, and certified coach, I bring a blend of clinical depth and real-world perspective to my work with clients. I’ve spent years supporting people as they navigate complexity in themselves, their relationships, and their roles in ways that honor both who they are and the realities of their lives.

People often describe me as calm and easy to talk with. This is a space where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together.
