Therapy for adults navigating grief & loss, relationship concerns, and life transitions
When something in your life changes, it can change something within you, too. Therapy offers space to make sense of what’s happening and find your way through.
In-person in Davidson, NC. Virtual throughout North Carolina and Tennessee.
What Brings People Here
A death, serious illness, changing relationship, or major life transition can affect more than the circumstances of your life. It can change how you see yourself, your relationships, and what you imagined for the future.
You may still be keeping up with your responsibilities, even as you feel unsettled or less certain about who you are or what comes next. Therapy can help you make sense of what you’re going through, feel some relief, and see a way forward.
Who I Work With
I provide individual therapy for adults navigating:
Grief following a death or other significant loss
Anticipatory grief related to serious or terminal illness
Relationship concerns, including strain, disconnection, endings, or significant change
Life transitions involving identity, family, health, work, or life direction
The loss of a role, expectation, or future you had imagined
Questions about who you are or what comes next after a significant change
You may continue functioning well and caring for others while carrying an experience that is not always visible from the outside.
My Approach
My approach is thoughtful, relational, and focused on what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore what you’re experiencing and the patterns and relationships that may be shaping it.
I place strong value on presence, pacing, and the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change.
What to Expect
I offer individual therapy for adults in person in Davidson, NC, and online throughout North Carolina and Tennessee. I am licensed in both states.
Sessions are $160. My practice is private pay, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
I offer a free 20–30-minute consultation so we can talk about what brings you to therapy, answer your initial questions, and determine whether working together may be a good fit.
