Potential Others Saw Before You Did
The strengths that were there all along.

When was the first time someone saw a strength in you that you hadn’t yet seen in yourself?
How did it feel to be truly seen for who you are?

Let yourself remember what that was like for a moment.

In 3rd grade, I made a sundial.
It wasn’t for a grade, but because I wanted to understand how it worked.

My teacher noticed and encouraged my love of learning.

It might not seem like much, but I’ve never forgotten that moment.

It was the first time I realized my curiosity was a strength.

A strength that has helped me ask better questions,
stay open to new ideas,
and keep learning as a leader.

How does the strength someone first saw in you show up in your leadership today?

🌱 Take a moment to reflect.
Some of your strengths have been there all along.
