Beliefs That Hold Us Back
How limiting beliefs shape the way we lead.

What belief has made you pause or question your next step in leadership?

When I started my business,
a voice whispered:

"You don’t have enough experience.
Others are more qualified.
What makes you think you’re ready?"

That belief of “not enough” had been with me for years—
from varsity cheerleading tryouts without junior varsity experience,
to going for a promotion without having supervised anyone.

It wasn’t until I asked,
"How much experience is enough?"
that the power of that doubt began to fade.

Challenging that belief didn’t erase it,
but it helped me lead with curiosity and courage,
even with uncertainty.

What belief might be holding you back from your next step in leadership?
Have you ever paused to ask where that belief comes from—
or how true it really is?

🌱 Take a moment to reflect.
Noticing the beliefs that hold you back is a powerful step toward becoming the leader you want to be.
